Thong Kheng Seniors Activity Centre (Queenstown) was established to coordinate the activities in Block 3 Jalan Bukit Merah by looking after the welfare of the elderly, particularly the frail and immobile. 

Join us to read to the Elderly and to chat with them! For one hour, you will read a short Picture book (your choice of book), followed by a chit-chat session. There will also be a table games, group games such as "The Price is right" after which we will close off with some evergreen songs (sing-a-long session yea!). Detailed Programme:

10-10.30: Briefing of volunteers and distribution of volunteers and families to tables
10.30- 10.50: Table games (Connect 4 or Jenga will be provided)
10.50- 11.10: Reading of books to elderly
11.10- 11.30: Performance by Volunteers
11.30- 11.50: Interactive game “Price is right”
11.50- 12.00: Giving out of bento boxes by volunteers
12.00- 12.30: Lunch (volunteers will eat with elderly)
12.30: End of programme
